Dear PG students,

Please Note :

A. The poster session will be on 23.12.2016 from 4.30 – 5 PM. You have to be present at that time near your poster. So please make arrangement to display your poster before that.
B. Free Paper session will be in Morning session of 24th December. The Morning Session will start at 9.30 AM. Please come 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time so that we can start in time.
C. Time for your oral presentation is 7 minutes +2 minutes. In the first 7 minutes, you will present your topic and 2 minutes are allotted for discussion.
D. Please prepare your oral presentation as follows:

1. Title of the work
2. In Introduction, just give the background and lacuna of the knowledge which has lead to this work.
3. Aim & objectives
4. No need for Review of Literature
5. Materials & Methods
6. Result
7. Discussion & Conclusion
8. No need for Reference
